Shipping Policy


  • Your order may take up to 3 working days to dispatch after payment confirmation We thank you so much for your understanding.
  • After check out, you will be provided with an invoice number and tracking number for each delivery.
  • Customers are asked to ensure their details are correct at check-out as Creadores will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors, late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or orders scanned as delivered.
  • To cover any issues that may occur in between our hands to yours, we are dealing with insurance companies, which insures your lot in the rare instance that it may get lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The Insurance company is automatically selected at checkout, which provides protection for a small percentage of the final sale amount. Once the order has been processed the The Insurance fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Creadores Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods that have been lost or damaged during return shipping; goods must be sent via a method that is trackable.
  • All sales are final. Creadores Jewellery will not offer refunds or credits on incorrect ordering, misuse of discount codes or change of mind.


  • Once orders have been shipped by Creadores Jewellery, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to FedEx.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage and re-postage of returns and exchanges, as Creadores Jewellery does not refund delivery charges.


  • All international orders dispatched by Creadores Jewellery will incur a flat rate fee of $25 for shipping via FedEx. Free international shipping is available for all orders over $150.00.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering. Creadores Jewellery does not cover any charges of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver or purchaser.
